At Calviero, every handbag is thoughtfully handcrafted using premium genuine leather and carefully inspected before it leaves our workshop. Because each piece is crafted with exceptional attention to detail, we encourage you to review our Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.
Returns
We take great pride in the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you may request a return. Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery and notify us if there are any issues.
Product Variations
Each Calviero bag is handcrafted from genuine leather. As a result, slight variations in leather grain, texture, color, and natural markings may occur. These unique characteristics are a natural part of premium leather and handmade craftsmanship and should not be considered defects.
Reporting A Damaged Or Incorrect Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can review your request and provide a prompt resolution.
Return Period
Once your return request has been approved, the item must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.
